This section deals with commonly asked questions in relation to the site.
Who do I contact if I have an issue accessing content within the site?
If
you are having trouble accessing resources within the site, please contact our NCLE admin team via ioe.ncle@ucl.ac.uk, providing them with an explanation of the
problem you are experiencing alongside any relevant links or screenshots.
How do I update my details (name/email changes)?
If you need to update your account details, please contact the NCLE admin team ioe.ncle@ucl.ac.uk., with your full name and email address as it currently appears on the account, along with the information you wish to change the account to reflect.
How can I update my password?
On the login page, select "Lost password?". You will then be guided to reset your password, either via your username or via your e-mail address.
A reset link will then emailed to you, if the account exists - obviously as a safety measure no e-mail arrives if you submit the wrong e-mail address, for example.
I want to deactivate my account, who do I contact?
If you wish to deactivate your account, please contact the NCLE admin team ioe.ncle@ucl.ac.uk., with your full name and email address as it currently appears on the account.
I want to update my contact preferences, how can I do this?
You will have been asked to provide your contact preferences at the point of setting your account up. To check the answers you provided, or to update your preferences please click your user icon in the top right-hand side of the site, and ‘profile’ from the drop-down menu. On the next screen, you will see a ‘User details’ section. In the top right-hand side of this section is an ‘Edit profile’ option which you will need to click.
